Shipping policy

 

Handling Time:
We aim to ship your order within two to three business days of receiving your payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day following payment confirmation.

 All items are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse.

Delivery Times:
Your order will typically arrive in approximately 2 weeks after despatched. For New Zealand, expect your items in approximately 10 business days. Deliveries to regional and rural areas might take up to 10 days or more. You will receive email notifications when your order is placed and when it's on its way.

Please note that this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary depending on various factors which is beyond our control.

Carriers:
We utilize a variety of shipping carriers including Australia Post and others, ensuring we can deliver nationwide without limitations. If you're not home, you can opt for your goods to be left at a safe spot; otherwise, they will be forwarded to your local post office for pickup.

Tracking:
Once dispatched, you'll receive a consignment number. Track your shipment via our carrier’s website to stay updated on your order's status.

Australia and New Zealand Only:
Currently, we ship exclusively to New Zealand and Australia. Please note, pickup options are not available as we aim to ensure efficient dispatch from our distribution centers.

Important Notes:
Delivery timelines commence only after payment has been cleared and your items have been dispatched from our warehouse. While we work closely with our carriers to meet delivery timelines, these are estimates and can be subject to changes due to various factors beyond our control.

Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery at a subsequent cost. Accurate delivery information is crucial to avoid delays.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts:
If you are not available to receive your order, a notification will be left, and your package will be sent to the local post office for collection. For deliveries requiring a signature, arrangements will be made for a convenient redelivery time. A re-delivery charge may apply if you miss the scheduled delivery.
